What Can Be Returned or Replaced?
You can request a replacement or return if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product you got is damaged, faulty, or not working properly
All you need to make a video and a few pictures and share back to us on our whatsapp 0335-3210606 to make an official ticket for further process.
Timeframe to Claim
Electronics: Notify us within 2-3 hours of receiving the product
All Other Items: Notify us within 24 hours

Conditions for Replacement or Return
Before you request a return or exchange, please make sure:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- All items are included: box, manual, warranty card, accessories, etc.
- Nothing is marked, defaced, or altered
- You’ve contacted our customer service first and got approval
No Need to Send Items Back Yourself!
- If you received a wrong or damaged product, you don’t need to send it back yourself.
- Our rider will bring the correct item to your doorstep and pick up the incorrect one after we verify and approve your request.
Note About Warranty
- Products with a company warranty only, other product does not have any warranty.
